A Light Fruit Cake with Marzipan

The Simply Delicious Simnel Cake is a traditional Easter cake packed with gorgeous vine fruits and mixed spice with a layer of marzipan running through the centre. The top of each cake has been hand decorated with eleven marzipan balls that represent the eleven Apostles.
