A Fruitcake Made With Gin Soaked Morello Cherries
No Changes to this cake but we have introduced a new round shape. Still made using Morello cherries soaked in locally sourced Tipsage Gin, with almonds added for extra crunch. This lovely fruitcake has all the textures one could ever ask for!
Each fruitcake has a shelf life of six weeks.
