A Fruitcake Made With Gin Soaked Morello Cherries

Sold in a french made wooden baking mould - they have a lovely feel and are 100% biodegradable too.

We use the best Morello cherries soaked in locally sourced Tipsage Gin, with almonds added for extra crunch. This lovely fruitcake has all the textures one could ever ask for!

Each fruitcake is available in large size with a shelf life of six weeks. The cake can be frozen if you need to keep it for longer.
