Easter Cake
The Simply Delicious Simnel Cake is a traditional Easter cake packed with gorgeous vine fruits and mixed spice with a layer of marzipan running through the centre. The top of each Simnel cake has been hand decorated with eleven marzipan balls that represent the eleven Apostles (excluding Judas!) and some pretty sugar flowers. The 4" & 6" Simnel Cakes come packed in a gift box, the 8" Simnel Cake comes wrapped on a board.
