Making & Baking
At Moor Farm we have converted traditional barns into a busy bakery helped by our dedicated staff from the local rural community.
All the fruit cakes are hand made to our own secret traditional recipes then baked in small batches so that production can be personally supervised by Milly.
We source only the finest ingredients. Each fruit cake is packed with vine fruits, free range eggs from the farm over the hill, butter and of course a tot of whisky or brandy depending on the cake.
After baking each fruit cake is hand decorated and carefully labelled and packed for dispatch to customers from all over the world.
