Order values from £12.51 to £49.99.............Postage is £7.50

Order values of £50.00 and over..................Postage is FREE

Please note all personalised cake prices are inclusive of UK postage for delivery on a nominated date and are NOT subject to the above price summary.

The postage is calculated for one delivery to one address. Multiple orders to different addresses have to be processed to each individual address. Unfortunately there is no way round this but your details are saved when you fill in the account.

Please allow 3-5 working days for cakes to arrive from date of order. Please allow a longer delivery time during busy periods, i.e. Christmas.

The correct post code is vital for prompt delivery of your order. If you are unsure of your postcode, call Royal Mail on this local-rate number, 08457 111222 between 9am and 5pm, or visit their website at www.royalmail.com

We cannot guarantee a particular delivery date unless next day delivery is paid. For next day delivery p&p is £12.50 excluding Saturday delivery.

For next day delivery you must order before 12 noon.

Next day deliveries ordered on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Prices quoted for the delivery of personalised birthday and Christmas cakes are for UK delivery only. Please contact us on 01584 823679 for a shipping quote to countries outside the UK.

Personalised birthday cakes are delivered on a Nominated Day to UK addresses only by UPS Delivery service. Most items are delivered the next working day Monday to Friday. Some areas in Scotland, Wales, Ireland & The CI will not be delivered the next day. If you are sending a personalised cake to Scotland, Wales, Ireland or The CI please click here to check the delivery timescale provided by UPS. Personalised Christmas cakes are delivered by UPS Delivery Services. Most items are delivered the next working day Monday to Friday. Overseas

All prices for overseas p&p are airmail rates.

For European deliveries the rate paid is inclusive of Airsure (£4.20 in addition to the airmail postage rate.) This is a Royal Mail service that electronically tracks your parcel allowing you to check the progress of your item and confirm it has been delivered. Please contact us for the track and trace number.

For rest of the world the deliveries are made by DHL International. This service is electronically tracked. Please contact us for the track and trace number.

The Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3 working days and in 5 days for delivery Worldwide.
